From notes, consumed 9/27 during trip to Calgary. Had this at the Eau Claire location (at least that's the general location, near the Eau Claire Market, by the Eau Claire Sheraton).
Appearance: Served cold in a glass mug. Orangish coppery color with virtually no head. No head, no lacing.
Smell: Mostly malty, but not really sweet. Low aroma, even when it warmed some. I never really let it get too warm as I assume this is supposed to be consumed like a typical lager, just down it and get another.
Taste: Malty, but there seems to be a slight bitterness to it on the finish to balance it out.
Mouthfeel: Good carbonation, keeps it light and lively.
Drinkability: A good quaffer, macro guy should like it. Me, I'll take something else.

A decent lager, with some noticeable hops. Malty aroma. Tastes ginger- ale like so can't have more than a few ounces. Aggressive carbonation, gassed up and creamy. Copper colour. Some bitterness, but more malty. Lace. Dry aftertaste. Like a cross between a British pale and a lager.
