Great looking, hazy yellow, white foam that left nice lacing. Smells of crackery malt, slight wild funky brett character and tart. Taste is tart with decent funky earthiness just under it, some citrus overtones and a bit of spice. Dry crisp mouthfeel. Outstanding sour beer.

There's a half inch of eggshell white on top. Gold to amber in color with a hazy complexion. I smell grains of pardise and light coriander. I taste for aims of paradise and light malt with earthy, peppery yeast. There's a slightly sweet taste overall. The mouth is highly carbonated and dry.
