Not really a fan but I can deal with it.

Appearance: pours a 1/2" frothy white head that recedes moderately and leaves some lacing. Color is pale straw and clear. Large amount of streaming carbonation.
Aroma: standard American lager aroma -- some grain husks, hints of sweet barley and a mild hop presence.
Mouthfeel: light and watery, crisp and refreshing with a dry finish.
Flavor: some corn and barley flavors combine wild a very mild hop bite in the finish.
Overall: Very pleasant for an adjunct style lager.

I believe this a very underappreciated beer. I was pleasantly surprised by it. My parents fondly recall a relative swearing by this stuff long before I was born. So when I got the chance to try it, I figured it was probably just a nostalgia thing that made family members talk so highly of it. But after trying it, I was impressed. It was quite smooth. Was not very bitter. Had a nice golden color to it. I could definitely see it being a very good beer to enjoy on a hot summer day.

Compared to the typical mass-produced big selling macro-brewed lagers, this beer has a little more taste. A great beer to take with you on the golf course.
