Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is mild, some lemons, not much else. Taste is lemons, tart, spices, not really tasting the yeast strain I usually associate with this style. Feels light in the mouth and overall, not your typical saison, but a refreshing beer nonetheless.

Poured from the can into a tulip glass. Brewed and canned in Pottstown PA.

Deep lemon orange body, with a great rising column of middle carbonation in the glass. Soapy slightly rocky, but giving to light retention and a bright white dissolving swiss cheese head. Solid looker, great body appearance.

Real nice aroma. Simple heat and farmhouse dryness, a real nice spritzy of lemon acid mixing of light sweetness but also tart acid. Ripping grain and sharp and slightly metallic twinge a bit. Pretty solid and impressive, there's a ferrous action though on this which is a little bit off putting though, but jumps to to weedy green cut grass as well.

Palate has too much of a session IPA like quality. Wet bodied and not letting the flavors showcase. Chalky malt presence mixing with light grass and hay. Finishes with a nice touch of sweet sucrose slightly, a bit of chewy malt backbone as well, just a faint touch of heated pepper like yeast hotness also. Flavor manages to last and at least linger, but requires much more quaffing.

A session saison? Kind of not really my thing, but does have some decent qualities.

Sample at Industry Night at HomeBrewCon.
Very floral, spicy with a cereal graininess to it. Decent.
