Sour Cider

Intentionally soured with bacterial fermentation and non-standard yeasts, Sour Ciders have a higher level of acidity than other types of cider, frequently including acetic and lactic acid. As they are typically unfiltered and naturally conditioned, a somewhat cloudy appearance is acceptable in Sour Ciders.
