Fried dark yolk egg, smoked cheddar cheese, deli ham, mixed greens, a smear of mayo + dijon mustard, dash of ground pepper, on a slightly toasted English muffin.
My guess would be to pair that sandwich with perhaps one of the Three Floyds American Pale Ales — Alpha King, Zombie Dust, Space Station?
Looking at hundreds of dollars needed for all the BA stouts being released over the next two days. Decisions to be made.
