What beer are you drinking now? #130

Still on the road, no pictures, but have a Victory Ranch R Simcoe in my glass right now (on tap). I'd give it a fist pump but everyone in the place will shoot me a hairy eyeball and I'd like to stay incognito.

 

That was YESTERDAY! hehe

I am sure you know this but I enjoy many from everywhere in the world. I am glad to be open minded, maybe so open minded, that people may not know how to react to that. But thank you, kind sir for seeing my journey!

Oh and this same place, PJ's Pourhouse was actually the first time I had my first craft beer and Italian beer in one day: the Verdi Stout. 3 years later I enjoy some great taps here!

drove 430 miles round trip in a winter storm today to pick up 72 of these little critters. canned this morning. was it worth the drive? yeah, it was... by the way, vermont is beautiful. even covered in snow, very nice up there. my first time and certainly not my last.

 

Just got back to the hotel after work, and it being my bday decided to start out with a new beer to me. Islands Brewing Kriek bottle 381/540, a 50/50 blend of 2 and 3 year old sour ale aged in oak with sour cherries. Very nice, great sour/acidic bite while remaining very smooth.

 

That's one HELLUVA an Applebee's!!!!! Are you still there?

I haven't found a bottle of the Verdi Stout for home, but there is a bar near me that has it. When I have some time, I pla on stopping by and trying it.

 

About to open this guy up....hope the beer is as bad ass as the art work!

Massaman curry (homemade!) and sucks. Shocking. Well, I gotta get used to sucks, because my "drug supplier" just sold me a full case of that heroin-like beverage.
