I always like to age BA Raspy. Can't do that with a pint.

Honestly, if it was $17.50, it was underpriced.

I would strongly suggest sitting on this one for a while. Popped one the other day and it was scorching hot...super boozy.

I cant believe they were doing pints. I would have suspected an 8-10oz snifter

Nah man, said on the menu "$17.50 / Pint" - I now regret getting only a sample of it - Shit was damned good.

The specs on weslayn and bissonett still had a lot left when I was there last Thursday.

I've got nothing useful to add except that I Found one in Plano, TX. I was scanning the isles for anything interesting while my sandwich was being made. They had evidently found this one bottle mis-stocked today, and they redisplayed it (according to cashier). Dumb luck - I was the first beer gnurd to scan the isle since then. "Thar she blows!"

I got one in Brownsville TX last saturday for 19.99. Brownsville does not usually get much rare stuff, so there should be plenty of these around. Or maybe the price dissuades otherwise willing customers. I realized it was crazy expensive, but couldn't pass it up since I love regular Raspy. I guess I'll try it just once and hopefully not get hooked on it.

I didn't like like Regular Raspy (vs. Narwhal, FIS) but, BA Old Raspy - Good Shit.

I picked up a bottle yesterday for $16.99. Couldn't believe I saw it at that price.

Saw them as well earlier this week. Couldn't bring myself to buy any. Saved my money and got WBDPP instead.

That's my kinda guy. I have three, shared another with a friend. Only one WBADPP; said friend has two. I did have the WBADPP on cask at Chicago House last night, and I had BAOR maybe 6-7 times at Draught House while they had it (along with Sucaba, on two occasions... good nights, those were).
