    My favorite small beer town has got to be Durango, CO. So far it's got the most brweries per capita in. North America. And ska brewing makes my favorite ipa. Mmmmmm, modus.
    Well, I used to think they had the most breweries per capita anyway.

    Etna Brewing in Etna CA. Population : 730.

    Also, it in the middle of nowhere... Worth a stop though if you are ever in Siskiyou County.

    Old Mill Brewpub just opened about 2 blocks from me in Lexington, SC. They have about 32 beers on tap so far, including Founders Breakfast stout. And in June, they will be getting their equipment running to brew their own. I hope it works out for them. (And me!)

    Wooden Shoe in Minster OH, but I'm not sure if they're open or closed or open again or closed again.....

    I kind of forgot about them, partly because I never knew exactly what they were. I remember the name was a revival of a long closed and mostly forgotten brewery, and started as a contract brand, then I kind of lost track.

    Hard to believe Dunedin counts for the OPs definition (pop >35,000 and a 'burb of Tampa), but if it does, my vote goes to 7venth Sun Brewing.

    Breinigsville, PA, population is 7,595 and is home to BBC's "Samuel Adams Pennsylvania Brewery" which pumps out probably over a million and a half barrels a year.:grinning:

    About the same size town, Baldwinsville, NY (pop. 7375) with a brewery about five times bigger than that, with a capacity 7.5m bbl/yr.
