    First pour of my homebrewed French saison. Brewed with Wyeast 3711 and some Brett C. It is almost fully carbonated but it is tasting pretty good so far.

    Think I'll try that Terrapin Mosaic in a few minutes—and I'm looking forward to it, because this kind of experiment (single hop / new variety, special malt showcase) is what I enjoy in trying new beers.
