I ended up having Black Ops first, then this, then Imperial Mint Chocolate Stout, then this collaboration between DFH and The Bruery (it was actually quite good!).

Great night drinking with my brother!

    Tonights ticks:

Nice Pale ale. Very unique with peach, pear, orange, and apple with honey and caramel malt with some toast. Pretty sizable malt backbone for a Pale, with some low carbing; but not really a flaw IMO.

Completely AWESOME. Huge depth and complexity here, with no booziness at all. 16% and you'd think it was far lower. Incredible for being only aged a bit over a year.

Very good Belgian Pale ale. I got this randomly because it was on sale. Nice light fruits with a lot of well balanced clove/pepper/coriander spiciness with nice smooth crispness in the mouthfeel.

Damn good DIPA! I picked this up at random last week, but there is a lot of tropical/citrus/rind hops with honey/biscuit malts and is very smooth to sip on for 10%. Well done.

    Cheers.

I am going to get some homebrews out and play Portal 2 tonight. I upgraded my PC graphics hardware and RAM on wednesday, so it's about time I started gaming again.

Normally hate saisons, something about the yeast I think. This one is pretty good!

Its really delicious as long as you are ready for a deep earthy, coffee flavored version. If you are just looking for a delicious brew of this style, then go with the Leinenkugel Wee Heavy Scotch Ale. It has everything you want in a this verison, plus a little bit of love.

Horrible and classless bars for me with the ol hometown crew. Luckily I could find some Flat 12 Half Cycle in the middle of all this madness.

According to some noob, this isn't worthy of the top ten. I beg to differ...

Listening to some real metal while KFAI plays through the "pig metal" segment.

All I taste is caramel and orange peel. Same on nose. Is an ok beer but literally there is so much caramel it's over powering. Never seen this before

just realized that microwaveable rice has been in the background of every pic all week. maybe i should have a snack..also, dont i look cute in my grey sweater/sweat pants. if youre wearing matching sweats is it called a sweatsuit?? if so, sweatsuits are optimal for beer drinking due to comfort level 20000
