    First time really having any Terrapin beer since they just started distributing in MD. I honestly have no point of comparison from the brewery and no idea what their "best by" window is. The only other Terrapin beer that I have had is Hopsecutioner, and that was a year or two ago.

    I can say this beer has very little hop presence and also not much of the spiciness I would expect from the rye. SN Ruthless Rye is my point of comparison and I prefer it hands down. Hence my wondering if age is a factor here,or if I just don't care for this beer that much.
