Just had last and this years side by side. I was shocked to find last years was night and day better as the general consensus is fresh is better. I've had it the last few years but tend to drink them really quick. Not sure how 3 years on it would be though.

Starting right meow with O'so Dank Imperial Red, and then breaking into my fresh 6 pack of Lagunitas Undercover Investigation Shut-Down Ale. Going back tomorrow to secure my bottle of Founders KBS, and feeling like an ass for not getting it an hour ago.

Both were absolutely fantastic, just different. Gotta say though, BCBS kills it, especially the most recent batch!

Understandable. It's a pale rye for sure. Ruthless and Righteous from Sixpoint kill it in rye flavor, this one is more subtle but I liked what it went for. SN is going to be hoppier in the style every time (see Bigfoot). Terrapin is a strange company that puts out not so good beer (Hopzilla was pretty bad imo) to world class (WnB is arguably better than FBS) so it's always a roll of the dice. Cheers, sorry for knocking ya, was just trying to see the qualm

I think I prefer KBS but the fact that BCBS was MUCH easier to find this year I think it takes the cake. My friend and I have an 09-2012 plus Bramble and Coffee were going to open within the next month or so. I'm really looking forward to it.

Enjoy bro. Don't get me wrong, both are great beers and worthy of the price tag in my opinion. Cheers!

No worries at all. It was a very fair question so I wanted to put my reasoning out there. It seems there is not enough rational discussion on here sometimes.

I've actually been hoping to find WnB but I might have to wait until next winter around here. Cheers!

Clown Shoes Tramp Stamp, my first one. Enjoying the aroma more than the taste, but still pretty good. Didn't know Tramp Stamps could be so easy to enjoy
