What are the top 5 beers to age in your opinion? I am relatively new to aging beer. I have aged for a year old stock ales from north coast and KBS from Founders with great success (with no surprise). I want to experience this with greater variety and am lost as to which particular beers age best. Lemme know what you think!

The first few that come to mind are:

    Palo Santo Marron
    Adam
    Stone IRS
    Bigfoot

These are all easily accessible (In so cal), fairly cheap and from my experiences all cellar great.

Thomas Hardy's Ale should be on any top 5 list for aging!
