Hasn't always been - and freshness really matters. Haven't had many good BR beers in quite some time though.

Yeah, Double Jack trumps Wookey. I guess they were going for variety, though. No point in making a list of 30 IPAs if 25 of them have a similar flavor profile.

..its funny how the "IPA" label is seemingly used Very loosely Now when talking of diff ones whether it be.. IPA, DIPA, even Pal Ales & APA's sometimes. I know folks that consider a Sam Adams Imperial Pilsner an "IPA" type too.

Yep, winter seasonal. Usually starts showing up on shelves towards the end of October. Can't tell you how much of this stuff I buy every winter.....but it's quite a lot!

Celebration doesn't drop off as quickly as most IPAs, it's still good for a long time.
    Buy it and enjoy it.

The list was too West/East coast dominated. Missing from that list:

    -Abrasive
    -Illumination
    -Alchemy Hour
    -Double Crooked Tree
    -Myrcenary
    -Odell IPA
    -Golden Nugget
    -Two Hearted
    -Ruination

I can't agree with any IPA list that doesn't include Pliny.

Any "best of" IPA list without Head Hunter is irrelevant in my opinion, plus a few of the beers on there I find awful.

Never mind the personal opinions of "this"/"that" should be included... they seemed to cover a diverse range of origin but lacked all IPA types. Where's the Belgian/White IPA?
If you're going to compile a well-rounded list that omits some of the true bests (based on BA reviews), at least include all types of IPAs.
