no cause it would have taken me FOREVER It's a de-boned whole chicken (by me it came full carcass) from my locals farmers market, or a chicken galantine/ballotine, completely de-boned and stuffed (in this case) with spinach and mushrooms. First time I tried this too, it was dam good also. Should have had the Hoppin Frog with this one no complaints.

Started with Two Hearted Ale, then Scotty Karate, now savoring.....oh man...such an experience....

 

Started with Jack's Abby Hoponius union, then a Clown Shoes tramp stamp, then finished with a Russian imperial stout from Berkshire brewing. Love'em all.

 

I can't do this s**t every night, I got home starving and it took me 1 hour to debone this mofo.. (now that I know how to do it, next time it should take... LESS!) friggin dying while it was in the oven it smelled so good... wife wasn't too happy either..

until she ate of course! god I love a good meal, nothing better than good food and drink after a long hard day, doesn't matter what it is as long as you like it.

 

Im having a Snow Day in So. Cal. May move to a Rye Whiskey Crispin Cider or do a Golden Road Hefe. See where the night goes.

Picking up my wife and newborn son tomorrow from the hospital, so thought this would be appropriate tonight.

 

Sierra nevada pale ale in a twelver of cans,really wish we got those here in kansas for the summer. One question is it cost effective as two sixers of bottles here runs about 16 dollars. Wish it was more down around 12 or 13$.

One of my favorite things is when the camera focuses in and there is some fan right behind the glass flipping the bird flagrantly on a nationwide broadcast. Only way to make it sweeter is if they are flipping the referee the bird. Fock'em.

 

Opted for the Torpedo. Glad i did.
