    Rayon Vert finally dropped!

Also, Mustang Doppelhopper is suddenly draft-only.
Anyone else think this is bullshit?

Be careful of the Rayon Vert! It is explosive!

Explosive? I've been drinking the hell out of this beer for the past two years, never had one explode.

High carb, yes, as intended. I've had the batch that just hit OK and it is the same as it has always been. Just pour gently. Hell, that's nothing compared to some of the Jolly Pumpkin stuff.

Had a pint of Mustang's DoppelHopper IPA at Abners yesterday. I thought it was pretty solid and then the bartender told me it was only $4! Crazy for a 7% beer!

Looking forward to TCBF Finale at Freddie's, hope to get to town to enjoy the Prairie Ale take over Friday night. Picking a few bottles of Noir and Okie for my fellow Houstonians.

Uhhhh, yeah but it was supposed to be a bottle release as well.
The tap handle label you see was the original bottle label that
the Society (Plaza District) created for the bottles, brewed @ Steven's Point...
They hyped this beer up, delayed it, then all the sudden it is tap only.
Very disappointed. I have seen pictures of the cases upon cases of Doppelhopper that
was put in bottles. I really do not understand the tactic of not releasing these, & making this
a draught-specific brew. Not cool Mustang.

Arriving in the next few weeks. Arkansas already has them so we should be next in line.

You don't bottle a beer and not sell it just to mess with people...

I personally messaged the Mustang guys & they confirmed that it was draft only.

I'm just saying I have seen pictures of the (hopeful) bottles/cases over a month ago, & I just think it's
odd to deny the fact of bottles altogether.

Why Spend a year on a recipe, have Steven's Point brew & bottle it,
then delay it, rebrew it, & rebrand it as tap only?
What to do with cases upon cases of 12 oz bottles eh?

I got about 5 different Praire beers a couple weekends ago. I haven't made through all of them yet but they are good. I also went to Origial Pete's in Kregs, OK (Choc brewery) and asked if they had tours for Praire and they really didn't like that idea.
