BA Three Floyds - Releases and Updates

I was sitting at the Tampa westshore hilton during Hunah weekend with a bunch of other BA's from Atlanta and they were passing it around and gave me a taste. Holy shit was it amazing. Just even regular Big Sound is really tasty.

 

as of the last month or two the haven't released anything barrel aged since ba topless wytch or ba behemoth i can't remember what was last. the last few releases have been one offs;
In the name of suffering Black ipa- still available
Lord rear admiral ESB- still available
Brian boru irish red- still available
toxic revolution stout ale- still available

Thanks man. I knew about the website, but the Tuesday one-offs don't seem to show up there. I don't know if that's because they sell out so quickly or if there's another reason. As for my hopes of getting ZD, I guess that's just luck of the draw. Or is there a regular release schedule for it? How long does it typically last after being added to store?

Thanks again for any help anyone can offer. I'm sure I'll enjoy the trip no matter what, but I would like to have an idea of what I can expect to get.

 

They usually sell out too fast. If you only want to go for BA variants or ZD and have a long drive, I wouldn't risk the gamble. The last 3-4 batches of zombie dust that have been released I think have been on Tuesdays (no set schedule, though) and have only lasted 1-2 days. They usually announce their BA varieties on facebook and twitter (as well as when they have ZD available).

 

Odds that ZD shows up before Friday?

 

What jagen said^, zd lasts about a day or two max when they release more, and it's usually every week or every other week although last week they didn't announce it on fb my buddy actually happened to check the tap list that day. As of yesterday it hasn't shown up this week but check the tap list today or tomorrow and you may get lucky.

 

Should be a pretty interesting release this week.

I do. I know some bottles were waxed and boxed this past weekend. We will see come tomorrow I guess.

Less than 2 weeks till DLD.. couldn't possibly be starting to bottle all the stuff for that day, no?

 

This is very possible as they did release a bunch of BA Alpha Klaus variations at last year's DLD

 

I've been looking forward to BA Moloko. *fingers crossed*

That was all bottled well in advance of DLD. They just sold the reserves they had left.
