Do you think anyone who is camping is really gonna sleep now?

Growler fills and bottle release. Looks like instead of hitting the local diner I'm bringing donuts.

Ha I remember this! What a great time.

Man I am bummed. This will be the first Anniversary festival that my gf and I will have missed. The bottle shares are fantastic and the camping has improved every festival. Shaun has done a good job of managing these things. To everyone going, cheers!!!

    Touché.

To be clear, I'm not worried or not not relaxed, just curious. If there's anyone who's gonna have something like this planned out well, it's gonna be you.

I showed up for Daybreak, Birth of Tragedy, and CD3 about 3 hours after they opened on release day, walked right in and got my beer.. no wait, no line, no nothing. Oh, the good ol days.

I remember that release being pretty busy compared to previous ones and CD3 sold out within a couple hours. Unless I'm wrong; I don't remember so well.

You're right, it did. I was only there for the dark beers but compared to recent releases + Lawson's, a whole lot faster.

I can agree there. But they still do the best they can with traffic.

I like the sounds of that 2L will be purchased.. It will last till may 16th? Would also love to try double citra, hope that last till then as well.

Ephraim will be 750ml only. It will last longer... plus... 2 liters of 10% Imperial IPA is not simple, and it isn't pub style...

I don't remember any hell breaking loose. That release was amazing. No rush, everyone got their bottles and eventually you could get extras of Art and E. Plus it was like 70 degrees out, which is easily the most comfortable release line I've been in up there.

Bottle limits have always been well set to make sure everyone gets their beer... That said, is it possible that a wristband or release ticket would be given to Anniversary Party attendees on Saturday for Sunday's release? I'm just picturing waking up to a huge line while 400+ of us are trying to sleep off our post party/bottleshare hangovers...
