I just wanted to quote this... so if you ever totally repent, like a wise person would, and perhaps even delete your post to hide it, it remains here and documented that you have made a grave, grave mistake in the eyes of the Pumking!

    Hopslam

It has never tasted good to me. I had Hopslam, Zombie Dust, Nugget Nectar, GLBC Hop Madness, Cornado Idiot, and Unearthly last night at a "Hopocalypse." Definitely proved to me once again that Hopslam is overrated.

Hopslam for me. Was not super fresh but tasted like honey to me, not an IPA. I will be looking to try it again though but for approximately 18 a sixer, I was shaking my head. I love Sucks, Dreadnaught, Panzer, Heady, Nugget Nectar, Zombie Dust, Firestone Double Jack... I could go on!

Hopslam. Just average at best, even on tap.

Hopslam for sure, no way it should be ranked #13

I agree, Sculpin didn't floor me, more pine now than citrus, Maharaja is /was a sweet mess, the last one I bought tasted like it was brewed with candied fruit.

I agree on both. I had Rhizing Bines at the brewpub and had to double check with them that it was in fact a DIPA. Doesn't taste like one to me.

troegs nugget nectar and BP sculpin really didn't live up to the hype IMO.

What year? 2007 blew me away, 2010 lived up to hype IMO. 2011 was good. 2012 and 2013 fresh I did not enjoy. 2012 with a year on it was quite good though.

Eylenbosch Framboos, Gueze & Kriek no idea what people see in a 20+ yr old sweetened, pasteurized and by now completely oxidised etc. lambic. Except for maybe rarity? Geuze was not bad, Kriek drinkable & Framboos was not worth drinking.

I flat out did not like La Vermontoise. It was sort of one dimensional to me - ALL funk. I was so disappointed I wasted space in my Etre shipment for it.
