    But its the original lager yeast. Apparently it was the first one to be singled out in a lab. Or something like that.

    They mentioned it on Q.I. recently, they took it around the world
    and is the true source of the Carlsberg fortune but they refuse to sell it to the Germans.

    Yeah it's definitely one of the better recent ones. Citra and Simcoe continues to be a winning combination.
