I find it ridiculous that SA charges so much for the 54th best beer in the world. IMO, I have access to about 7 or 8 beers that taste better and that you can get for less than $15 for a 4 pack.

They had a case of it too. I imagine they still have a bunch. I passed at $22. bought 3 normal pours instead.

I'd gladly pay these average prices to get a sample of it. Too bad they're not even distributed to my state.

Man even if they're paying retail they're still making out like a damn bandit making $100 on that bottle.

Really if people were complaining about KBS gouging, this is way worse.

Last year in West Chester, PA I had a 4 oz glass. It was a smallish champagne glass and you could only buy one. It was $30 and I bought it just to say I've tried it. It was so worth it!

As I look at the prices quoted so far, I think to myself, "If I were paid that much to drink it, I might do it."

    Shit's nasty IMO

    bottle says a pint 8 ounces. I guess that's close to a 750ml. Not a scientist though...

It's usually $10 to $20 for a small pour. It's definitely worth it to at least try once.

After sitting at a bar for a bit drinking some different beers and having some other samples, I asked the bartender jokingly if I could have a sample of this too.

Somehow it worked haha, probably got a 1 oz pour. I made up for it when we tipped.

Not sure what year, but I believe it was more in the $30 range on the menu for 2oz

It was $25 there for the tenth anniversary, for a 1 oz. pour. At Meridian Pint it was $20 for 1 and 1/2 oz. I ordered it at Churchkey, and it seemed like they gave me more than an ounce.

    Was totally worth it.

$18 for a heavy 2oz pour at Boneyard Bistro. 2012 vintage. Girlfriend's Birthday. Worth it.
