    Today has been fantastic, I had a flight of Epic Brewing at a nearby Tavern. Had their Spiral Jetty IPA on Cask, creamy and fantastic. Also their Elder Brett, Double Skull Doppelbock Lager, and finally to top it off their Big Bad Baptist Imperial Stout. Holy Coffee!

    Now that I'm home after a few hours, I'm chilling with some Lagunitas Censored Rich Copper Ale.

    I just got an awesome trade in from Squiggy. Got a bunch of Zombie Dust's I might just have to dig into next! Cheers to a friday coming soon!

    Cheers to my cousin Sara who was in visiting and brought me several brews from New Mexico during her visit this weekend. This is Happy Camper IPA from Santa Fe Brewing Company. Excellent IPA!

    Now enjoying an excellent Chicago brew while watching the Blackhawks. Looks like it's off to the second round as Sharpie just made it 5-1. Let's Go Blackhawks!

    Founders Doom (draft), didn't like it much at all, all bourbon, overpowering.
    2010 Black Tuesday (much better since the last time I had it)
    Fat Heads Headhunter (great as always)
    Brew Kettle White Rajah (First time having this, Fantastic)
    Green Flash Palate Wrecker (One of my all time fav DIPAs
    North Coast Grand Cru (very complex interesting beer)

    My day...
    Designed and built a Smart Dog Door which used voice recognition for my dog to open a door. For this I received first place in an embedded systems design at the University of Iowa.
    Started with double trouble, then cellar door, now BCBS and some Blackhawk hockey.
    What is was missing was those chicken wings I saw on the grill, and some Great Lakes Brewery beers.

    Did you ever drink a beer and everything just kind of aligns and it's better than you ever remembered it. I'm getting SO much more flavor out of this than I remember. The sweetness is more prevalent, the dankness is coming out, and the citrus. Last time I drank it, I just thought bitter. Maybe I'm just getting better a this game :wink:
