    Loved the effort from the Bulls tonight...just not the result. Heat earned it though, so cheers to them. Now finally I'm watching the Dream Team doc.
    My buddy from California sent me this Heretic Shallow Grave to try. No offense to the great brewers of the Midwest, but this is a world class porter. Chocolate and more chocolate.

    Proof again that it is good to know your bartender. Kudos of Vince at Niche in Geneva. He sent me away from bottle share a few weeks ago with a 3 yr old Malheur 12. This beer is magnificent. Too much flavor to describe accurately.

    Ten Fidy I just bought that didn't have a date code. E-mailed Oscar Blues and they said based on the can date it could be 1.5 to 2.5 years old. I bought some more to cellar it and found out it was already was aged. Didnt have to wait and it tastes awesome.

    I had the three non crooked trees now. I really like the falconers flight one. A good mix of aromas and taste and not very bitter (not that I have an issue with beers that are bitter).
