    I have a bottle of Mahleur 12 that is at least 2 years old (it's in my father's cellar but i bought it), do you think 3 years is prime, or more/less age (roughly of course)?

    I got this from a local bartender. He said he thought this 3 yr old bottle was a Westy 12 replica. I have nothing to compare it to in that regard. I just can't get over how well balanced and delicious this is. It tastes like maybe 6% to 7% alcohol. Deep, dark fruits with perfect carbonation. I say let the magic happen for another year if this is the result.
