    Every good beer I get I force my other half to try. The only thing she remotely likes is sours which I don't really care for. I guess it's true opposites attract.

    Had some Smuttynose Bloom earlier, and a pint of SN Northern Hemisphere Harvest. I saw the tap and figured it must be Southern Hemisphere, just labeled wrong, but nope. Northern Hemisphere. Super old. Ah, well, it was pretty good anyway—just really malt-forward, lots of toasty, nutty malts.

    Relaxing at home now with some hibiscus tea . . . g'night, BA!

    yeah, i always give my girlfriend a taste of whatever i'm drinking. she's always up to try a bit. and sometimes she'll like stuff. but she still will never order a beer when we're out. what are you going to do?

    maybe it's a good thing not to have your significant other be into everything you're into?

    Half Acre Daisy Cutter. Had it in Chicago for the first time a few weeks ago, and was pleasantly surprised to find it in Philly this week. Damn good pale ale, if I do say so.
