That rush to get a pour of persimmon was rather interesting. And fun.

No extra profits, we all got re-billed for the correct pricing. The distributor still has to make up for the 3 bottles I sold for $10 before they were kind enough to contact me about the price issue.

Did anyone else see the bottle of Dantalion they brought to the table around 3? I asked just before we left and I was told they took it around and shared it with vendors. No complaints here, but I would have liked to get a taste of that. Haven't seen one of those in forever!

Yeah they opened it while I was standing there and they just started sharing it with other vendors. Very nice of them.

No offense your story is completely false.. I bought like 6 from there at 9.99 Thursday and there was only one left after I got mine that afternoon and when I went in Friday around 2pm it was gone. .. He has no more and the whole time it was 9.99$..

But the friendly package on wheeling still has 20 bottles.. All 19.99 before tax!

Awesome event. My stomach will hate me for it but I don't care. Caleb's presentation was interesting, particularly his surprisingly candid Q&A session.

Sun King is open until 5 on Saturdays. Used to only be open until 4 but added an hour last summer.

Is Sun King supposed to be open on Sunday? It's not a bar or brewpub.

Should be a near complete tap list, including some bottles. I was writing mostly chicken scratch on my leg and some is illegible, so sorry if I messed up any of the names. Links are all BA when possible, Untappd when not.

    Barley Island - Alchemist
    Barley Island - Whose Ear
    Bells - Oarsman
    Bier - Farmgal
Black Acre - Cuvee de Irvington
Black Acre - Go Home Raisons. You're Drunk
Bloomington Brewing - Cranberry Saison (Shame on whoever submitted the brewery, misspelled the name!)
Boulevard - Love Child No. 3
    Brugge - Pooka
    Brugge - Peony Kriek
    Cantillon - '10 Kriek 100% Lambic
    Cantillon - '10 Fou Foune
Cantillon - Saint Lamvinus (I think)
    Crown - Blueberry Berliner
Crown - Bourbon Barrel Aged Cherry Dunkleweizenbock
Crown - Grand Poobah (BA or not?)
Crown - Sour Barrel Aged Warlock
Cutters - General Brown (/ Sour Brown?)

New Belgium - Peach Felix (correct?)
    Perennial - '13 Savant Beersel
    Perennial - White Grape
    Rivertown - Lambic
    Rivertown - Pomegranate Lambic
Sun King - Brett and the (Family?) Funk
    Sun King - Pink Taco
Sun King - Stupid Sexy Flanders
    Triton - 500 Sour Monks
    Triton - Pink Ribbon Saison
    Upland - Blackberry Lambic
    Upland - Dantalion
    Upland - Peach Lambic
    Upland - Persimmon
Upland - Sour Reserve 1 (Poured only for VIP?)
    Upland - Sour Reserve 3

There were a handful of other stations pouring random bottles...Jolly Pumpkin, Lindemans, Ommegang, Monks Cafe, Petrus, Fantome, more New Belgium etc.

Extremely easy going event. Not overcrowded, and besides a few bottle openings no crazy lines or mad rushes to get anything. Wish Perennial brought a little more, but talking to Cory about his future barrel aging program is sounding pretty exciting.
Gotta say, being able to get pours of Blackberry Lambic and SR3 almost the entire day was amazing.
