    Have visited the brewery in Cooperstown many times. On one occasion a staff person suggested having the 3 Philosophers with vanilla ice cream (like a float). Tried it. Excellent!

    giving this a try. been opening myself up to sours more. i wouldn't say i dislike it, but i guess sours are just not going to be my thing. i will certainly try more of them, and will not refuse one if someone offers me something. but i'm not bitten by the sour bug.

    I've tried this. Perhaps something was wrong with the bottle I had. Maybe too old, or something, but it was a terrible drain pour for the two of us who attempted to drink it.

    Sitting on the patio while I have some brats on the big green egg cooking... Sitting back in the hammock and relaxing with this beer. Birthday tomorrow, so gonna enjoy something before the week grind!

    Sour!! Man it's so good... Will have to pick up another bottle to sit on. I'm enjoying this and it'll be good with the brats and mac and cheese!!
