    I am now finishing that howler of Sixpoint Harbinger, 'cause it's a tasty bastard. With the juicy hops and tangy wheat, it's tasty after almost three months but I'd be willing to bet that it really pops when it's fresh.

    I really want the Sierra Nevada version of this glass in particular...I guess the nucleation etching is a hop cone.

    highlights from my weekend trip to chicago to see boris! got in friday afternoon

    this was my first three floyds ever! it was battle of charro. i also had tonnerre neige, Arctic Panzer Wolf, and zombie dust while i was there. got into chicago and went to revolution brewpub. had their very mad cow, threesome, Coup D'Etat, and double fist. then went to their tap room and had their Rosa Hibiscus Ale i think. hard to recall the specifics at that point. boris was then great

    saturday had two brothers the bitter end for breakfast. went to the conservatory and zoo, followed by Woolly Mammoth Antiques and Oddities. picked up a crap ton of things from Vas Foremost Liquors and Andersonville Wine & Spirits (see my post in latest haul thread). proceeded to half acre because the friend we stayed with was also a friend of the manager there. had iron brass, daisy cutter, and over ale, all while making delicious sandwiches with supplies we got from the grocery store across the street and drinking delicious coffee by dark matter. then went to the map room. ended with this

    and then saw boris for the second night in a row! it was so awesome! just got back a bit ago
