    Was leery when purchasing as I didn't think it possible to replicate the nitro experience in a bottle. A good milk stout, yes, but not truly like a nitro on tap.

    Ithaca College graduate here. 1991. Get to the brewery to sample all their beers, if you haven't before. And, they opened their new tasting room last year. Incredible!

    Really enjoyed it. Nice brett notes, but not overpowering....very easy to drink.

    First had a Saison Dupont my friend was nice enough to give me.

    Good example of style, but I just don't like Saisons. I get the same taste I don't like from them as I get from Hefe's, which I also don't like.

    Then I had a Red Chair with a few months on it. IMO, it was still really good, maybe strangely even better?
