Has anyone else seen the (I'm assuming) new Evil Twin 4-packs? I was quite surprised to see Lil B, Yin, Ryan and the Beaster Bunny and Low Life all chilling out in 4-packs and all literally cheaper for the 4 than their bomber counter parts. I love Yin and Lil B, and will gladly drop the ~$13 that I saw it for to have it in multiple small containers (Beaster and Low life were ~$4). I hope he keeps this up (Biscotti Break in 4-packs please?). I'll definitely buy more ET at these price points.

Yes, they have hit NYC and it's great. I know Jeppe (as well as Brian Strumke from Stillwater) is making a conscious effort to try to bring down consumer costs on his beers while keeping quality high. What a terrific idea. Wish more brewers would do the same. Also, it's a lot easier to drink a 12oz Lil B, for example, on my own, than a bomber of it; I really appreciate the smaller bottles.

I almost forgot that I also saw the Stillwater 4-packs. I definitely appreciate the effort and will purchase his beers more often because of it. Now if Jeppe could just make a call to his brother...

Way too expensive for what the beers are. They are good, but certainly not worth the price at all. The beer is being brewed in CT, so why is it so much more expensive than even most imports?

Which Stillwater beers have been dropped into 4 packs? Thanks!

My bottle shop has Yin and Yang 4 packs. I think they were going for $14. of course had to do the black'n'tan with these two. The bottled on date was also stamped on the neck which is nice.

Yeah, Evil Twin generally has an extremely high price point. When Beaster Bunny came in where I work at $10.99 a 4 pack, it sold out in a few days if that. With Even more Jesus at about the same price for a bomber sitting next to Naked lunch at $8.49 for a 12 oz. single, I have to wonder who's the rich guy going for Naked Lunch.

Yeah the bottle dating is great. Easy to see yellow font and not smudged.

And with bottled on dates. Drinking a 3 week old Evil Twin ipa was something that I could scratch off of my bucket list.

I don't think that's terribly fair. Other breweries have taken consumer costs into consideration from the start, and are already priced significantly lower than those guys. Thus you're kind of complimenting breweries who have a lot of room to come down because they weren't trying to price aggressively, while condemning breweries who don't have nearly as much room because they were trying to keep their costs down from day 1.

Not to say this isn't a good thing, because it is. I just wouldn't praise them for something they should be doing if they want to be successful.
