I wasn't impressed. I guess I shouldn't have had Maumee Bay Total Eclipse Breakfast Stout the day before. Now, that stuff is delicious!

I had the regular version a few days ago, wasn't THAT impressive. Bought one espresso yesterday but it's going in the cellar for a year or two

Why don't you just but the regular IRS if you want that desperately for the coffee to fade by cellaring?

It's been at the Andersons in Sylvania for a little bit now. It's actually past of this Saturday's afternoon beer tasting. I'm sure someone else must have it around here.

I picked up two bottles last night. Definitely a steal @$5.99 a bottle.

Tried this for the first time last Friday night in Ann Arbor. Great tasting beer with an amazing coffee/espresso taste at the start but finishing smokey like an imperial stout. I couldn't get anything else the whole night after trying this. I even jetted to Plum Market to see if they had any bottles and sure enough they did. Grabbed a couple for the Wings game tomorrow!

Liked it a lot! Not as good as Abduction, Big Hugs and a few others out there. But for the price point and availability it's up the list pretty high!

Had it on draft and thought it was a very good imperial stout. Nothing I would go out of my way for but a good beer nonetheless.

I have bought 3 bottles and have loved it so far, I'm going to save my third one for a perfect time. I love the espresso character of this beer and find it to be better than the original. The extra roastiness and aroma really enhances the overall experience. paid 8 dollars a bottle for it, but it is well worth the price and much less than it probably should be.

had this over the weekend with a Joya de Nicaragua Antona churchill (for you cigar snobs out there), holy sh*t what a fabulous pairing. They really nailed the espresso note, to the point where i like this version better than the regular. At $5.99, its no wonder why coffeeguy picked up a case!

Just picked up two bottles. Drinking one this weekend and thought of aging other but didn't know how long the coffee notes would still be viable.
