    I am trying to transition from doing extract brewing to all-grain brewing by taking a stab at the Brew in a Bag method (which is kind of a hybrid). Today was the second time I tried brew in a bag and it got fucked up royally. So, to drown my sorrows, I am drinking my first brew in a bag disaster which was a Kolsch that didn't have enough malt and ended up at 3.7%. It's actually an awesome brew. It proves that low abv beer can be flavorful. I have had six of them thus far and I'm living large......

    PS: Posting beers you drank "last night" in today's What Beer Are you Drinking Now = weak sauce.

    How's that Caldera drinking? The last 6-er I had was kind of a clunker for me (hops were too muted)
