My trustee was gracious enough to let go of 1 bottle from todays release for me :-) As a Reserve member I definitely never felt like I deserved an advanced crack at this beer. If I wasn't getting one and really wanted to get my hands on one I am sure a Surette Reserva aged in Leopolds Peach Whiskey Barrels 375ml from my membership allocation could secure one!

Enjoy what you have people. I am just blessed to be apart of this whole thing right now cause CS is going...to infinty and be beyond!

In other news, and maybe I should start a new thread because for some reason I feel like this is a completely separate conversation...

    THAT. PARTY. CUPPED. MY. BALLS.

It was so beyond awesome. So good seeing everyone, so cool watching Chad's project get that huge this quickly, so great getting to try all sorts of amazing beers from the fresh to the cellared that I would otherwise never get to try. Also, really incredible that something like that still happened even in the face of the regulators cracking down on outside bottles at breweries. At one point, I actually heard someone say, "Hey, what's that? Oh, more Cantillon Gueuze." For real. That happened. Not ironically.

Honestly, I hope I get to meet everyone in this forum at these things someday. I get no more joy than I do out of being able to share incredible drinks with this community. I can't do it too much more often, or else my body and bank account might not ever recover, but it's pretty cool to be able to do that twice in 6 months.

I should feel terrible today. And I kinda do. But mostly, I just feel totally, completely awesome. Covered in more awesome. Thanks to everyone who was there!

Just like what Avery does...I'm sure its the same case here...

1200 released 300 hoarded. Rest on draft.

I think it was actually a situation where yield was lower than expected. The labels were printed quite a while ago and, though I don't know the final bottle count, I do know for a fact that the brewery did not hold back 300 bottles.

WWB series was launched probably before you even heard of Crooked Stave, and way before the Reserve Society. So yes its to much to ask. It has always been a PUBLIC RELEASE TO LOCALS and all released to retail stores in Denver. Not you in Tennessee. Be happy someone is even trusteeing for you, cause with that attitude if it was me, id probably drop you.

that makes sense too. Either way who cares, events over. 1200ish bottles were released, who cares what happened to the rest if there are even any left.

The actual bottle number looks hand written. Who has the highest numbered bottle? Mine is 638

We must have an actual bottle count in order to properly convert this to KH or BA Dark Lord units.
