Ah couldn't grab any extra. I sorta figured the site was going to be pretty backed up though. Not surprised. 5 bottles from the initial release is probably enough anyways considering all the other releases coming out this year.

Yeah, I was able to go back to get the Bois variants. They still seem to be hanging around.

Not much we can do, thanks for an update. It is cool to know the guys on the other end are watching. I would be very curious to see the # of bottles/ order. In my head I think there was probably a select few who got 10-20+ bottles but in actuality I bet it was more like 900 people logged on and wanted 3-4 and just ended up with one as the first click to add to cart. I would cast my vote for minor limits (4?) in the future if that type of change is up for debate. I would hate to see some shady shopkeeper making a quick buck selling a bunch of these.

purchased one more rye, brandy, and new oak in a separate transaction (after securing a bottle of CR)
As the Chocolate Rain sold out, the site got surprisingly quicker.

Just decided to give it a try to see, was able to add all 3 Bois non-bourbon variants to my cart (3 bottles each) and get to the payment screen in about 2-3 minutes. CR is gone though, however if you want more brandy/rye/oak things are sluggish but moving along OK...

    Today's release would suggest otherwise.

And now Chocolate Rain is now longer showing up as an ordering option. My cue to meander. Not the most pleasant way to spend a half hour. Man, once you think this company is getting its customer service shit together...beyooooom!

same here. I had them in the cart and just waited and waited and watched the clock run out. Maybe HS members should have been allocated some bottles. :slight_frown:

That was a frustrating half hour. At least I got one bottle before it was taken down. So why were there no bottle limits on this?

A painful 15:00 count down as the CR looked back at me the way a orphan looks at a wealthy couple as they walk by the orphanage, dreaming of what could be.

TicktockTicktock. Mocking me. No payment page in site....

Clock struck 00:00. No one going home with anyone today.

How many folks were able to buy a case+?

Unlimited bottles seemed like a really stupid idea.
