    Pizza port is an obvious.

    What else.

Will have my boys, 7 and 5, with us.

What part of SD are you staying in? Stone is family friendly and I guess the Liberty Station location is now open so you'll be good if you're on either end of the county.

    Blind Lady Ale House
    Tiger! Tiger!
    Eureka Burger in UTC
    KnB in Del Cerro

I can vouch for all of these -- I've brought my kids or friends have brought kids when we ate. Kid tested, dad approved! And decent to great food at all.

We love kids at Ciro's Pizzeria and Beerhouse (in Pacific Beach)! Very kid friendly and 3 blocks from Pacific Ocean.

    Cheers!

I went to the Churchill's for lunch with my family (I think it was monday) the place was almost empty, super chill. Timing has alot to do with it, but if you go at odd times, I have found most places to be fine.

Phil's BBQ has a decent selection but their BBQ is the best in the west!

I disagree. For one thing, what they are serving you isn't true BBQ. They are parboiling their meat, grilling it, and give you tasty sauce. BBQ generally means smoking the meat over low temperature for long periods of time, though some people just use it to refer to grilling.

But even with that said, my last 3 trips to Phil's have been meh. The meat wasn't as tasty, and often overly dry.

I can't recommend enough all of the Pizza Ports for being extremely family friendly and having amazing beer.

Pizza Port is kid crazy. Made the mistake of going on a Sunday with a few buddies. Like Legoland

As a little different offering, you can hit up some of the tasting rooms and bring in your own food. The tasting rooms (especially in the middle of the day during the work week) have a lot of room for the kids. For example, I went to the new Coronado tasting room off of Morena on a Sunday with my neighbors, they had a large table available. We brought in pizza and wings and some games. We didn't have kids with us except for our furry ones. Plus they always have a home made soda on tap.

Also, the Coronado Brewing Co location on the island is another family friendly place.

I would have to go with Slaters 50/50 ..tap list is like a bar...the kids would love the burgers and you can always walk to Stone Liberty station.....Blind Lady Ale House is also a solid option

If you go early, Neighborhoods is relatively family friendly.
