    In other news, this is the first beer I've had out of my new temperature controlled "cellar" i.e. a modified freezer. :slight_smile: Poured, unevenly I might add, at a perfect fifty degrees. Cheers!

    "Amy WINEhouse - American Blonde Ale with Red Wine Soaked French Oak"

    a - Gorgeous. A hazy, dirty blonde body stuffed with beading. A fizzing white head swells to fill the glass, leaving behind all sorts of lace and a big dollop of froth that lasts until the very end.

    s - Fresh oak, pale fruits, saison like aromas... nice mildly sweet yeast character... smooth.

    t - Dave had told me his first taste of this one was all about the red wine. Well after about a week or so in the cellar, this one has really mellowed out. Soft red grape flavors, barely tart. Sweet, subtle grain... perfect texture.

    I think this is my favorite of the three he sent. Really tasty stuff I think.
