Heady Topper on Long Island

    Shoreline Beverage in Huntington has some HT in the store. I'm on their email list, so I got an email asking me how many cans I wanted at $8.99 each. I got 2 cans today and when I was there I noticed that they had 4 cases. I asked the clerk if they were all spoken for and he said, "I don't think so, you want more?". I declined more and just took my 2 cans.

    I guess it would be a good idea to call ahead to see if they'll hold some for you before taking a trip to the store...

    Probably not but I'll play ball. Had some at Tap and Barrel a month or 2 ago, I was happy.

    A large shipment of HT was once delivered to NYC and it's been served on tap at BT on numerous occassions. I am sure it is legally registered in NYC. Dont know if LI falls under that. Now..buying and then reselling is another story but I dont think anyone on LI will complain about this.

    correct, HT can be sold NY as it has been registered in the state, but these places, from what I know, are not getting it from a dist they are just buying some from VT and selling it on their own
