I def like the glass a lot... I have no problems with knocking over, it is actually comfortable in my hand - albeit small.

These glasses are nice. WARNING: Wash by hand, not dishwasher.

I washed by hand and it broke the first time I washed it. First time. The glass is so thin it feels like plastic. I bought 2 but I know the other will break eventually.

light and breakable doesn't mean they are cheaply made.

I've done a couple side by sides with the same beer (jai alai, flower power, white oak jai alai) and i absolutely love this glass. it's been mentioned a couple times before, but what it does for the hop aroma is absolutely legit and noticeable. So long as i can keep the old lady from washing it, drinking from it, handling it, looking at it, thinking about it, etc...

Yeah, I don't let me kids even talk about it because I am afraid it will shatter

I poured a masala mama growler into both a Duvel tulip and the IPA glass and you really, really have to watch how you pour it or your head will explode. Definately brings out the aroma and keeps it all the way through to the last drink.

Just picked up a couple SN versions. Dang are these thin.
And I should have known better about cleaning these. Now I gotta go buy a brush to get down in there.
    Normally a scrubby/sponge worked.

My girlfriend just got me a couple of these for my birthday. They're on pre-order so I haven't actually seen them yet. I'm excited of course. Apparently this was some kind of collaboration between Dogfish Head and Sierra Nevada. Is this the first ever collaboration beer glassware? And has anyone here tried one? What do you think?

You said you have not seen the glass yet? Here is a pic:

I grabbed one when they first came out. Maybe help to enhance aroma a bit, but honestly, I don't use the glass as much anymore as when I first got it, not really sure why.

Oh, and by the way, (off topic) but it did not help Rhizing Bines to taste any better either. That beer was a huge letdown, and is confirmed based on the huge stacks I still see at local stores around here.

I have one and I love it. I literally will not drink IPAs out of any other glass when at home because it's so effective. Perfectly sized opening for the nose, the nucleation point at the bottom keeps the head going throughout the entire drink and the unique grip makes for a perfect swirl. The only thing is you have to take extra special care of it because the glass is super thin. Enjoy!

And yeah, skinsfan is right: Rhizing Bines was pretty lame especially for the asking price.

Enjoyed it until it literally exploded in my hand while -gently- hand drying the outside of it, after only having it for about a month. Cut my finger in the process. The glass on the upper portion is ridiculously thin.

That sucks, I hate when glassware is so freakin thin. I'm always afraid to break one in my hand when cleaning or drying. My dollar store stemmed glasses are nice and heavy. Damn near bombproof!

Were you using hot water? I only use cold or lukewarm water to clean mine because I'm afraid the temperature change might cause it to crack.

Yes I was using hot water to rinse it out before drying, so maybe you've got a point there

I always try to let me glassware air dry just to keep my hands away from them to avoid breaking or dropping them. I've heard way too many horror stories.
