Outstanding brewing family made famous by their teen heartthrob boy band of the 90s. Im dissapoint of you.

 

I actually saw relatively recent video of them covering Radiohead's "Optimistic" and I was pleasantly surprised by it.

 

Those guys were awesome in "Slap Shot".

Seriously... this bottle would never fail to bring a smile to my face because of the sheer level of ridiculous that this whole thing is. I approve heartily.

 

This is hilariously awesome. Jumped the shark was the first phrase that came to mind for me as well.

I actually am quite pleased with the knowledge that the older I get, the less I know about the latest celebrity flavor of the month.

I prefer beer flavors of the month.

 

Is this where craft beer jumps the shark?

 

Waiting to see if this thread gets deleted. The Iron Maiden beer thread was eighty-sixed. Given that, if Hanson gets to stay I'll be thoroughly disappointed in the moderators here.

I'll try the beer though, sure.

 

Except Hansons flavor of the month celebrity was 15 years ago, which makes the sudden release kind of random. They may have just been waiting for the majority of their fan base to turn 21 though.

Anything that helps expand the market for craft beer is fine with me.

 

More lame people should make good craft beers. Then the people who drink it for all the wrong reasons will say "Craft beer isn't cool anymore" and voila! Limited releases will again become available for those who really appreciate them!

If it were them doing a beer with Dogfish Head or 3 Floyd's you all would be all over this release. At least those of you that could buy it.
