    I had a few guys ad Midwest that didn't know up from down. They didn't want to help me and they didn't know when "the guy in charge of that stuff" would be back in, (as in they didn't even know what day). A very sour experience and no gift cards. Count your blessings. :slight_smile:

    I'm glad they did what they could to make it right, but don't apologize. They screwed up and they're paid not to. Letting everyone know they tried to make it right is enough. No need to apologize to them.

    I totally agree with you. I should have clarified what my apology was for; I was apologizing to NB not letting them have an opportunity to make right what they had made wrong. I should have given them that chance before I swore them off.

    Northern brewer is meh. The only thing I like about them is their minnow mild beer kit. They jacked that up last time I ordered it. I wanted un crushed not crushed like they gave me. They basically said sorry Bro but who cares. Obviously I did, I have a mill for a reason. I like milling my own grains for a consistency reason.

    Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa? That's it, I'm never buying anything from them again! From now on, I'm only using JesusBrews.com for my online beer needs. :rolling_eyes:

    Seriously tho...

    There are multiple online suppliers of beer stuff. I've used several. I can't bitch about any of them. I've had minor issues with a couple. They fixed them with due haste and my complete satisfaction. If one doesn't meet your standards, use another. I doubt any of them are "complete jerks," despite certain individuals occasionally having a bad experience with one of them. Shit does happen, and of course in the end, you die. Meanwhile, have a beer and let it go. :grinning:

    Now amazon, I can bitch about them. But in the end, I still sometimes wind up using them anyway, because often they've still got the cheepest prices on certain items. But before I "get started" on amazon, maybe I'll just have a beer, and let it go. :astonished:

    I've ordered plenty of their all grain kits, supplies and equipment from them and I haven't had a single problem. Awesome customer service, they offer a lot of products at great prices. I love getting their catalogs in the mail as well.
