    Does anyone actually mix beer cocktails any more? Outside of a snakebite and black or a lager top its been 20 years plus since I've seen anyone order so much as a Black and Tan. Apart from me when I'm honking drunk I mean....

    It's been ten years since I've been on the serving side of the bar and the only bloke that ordered black & tan was
    on the wrong side of 75. Though with the mild & stout being bmc keg perhaps it was the only way to get a drinkable dark beer?

    Normally I wouldn't do so after being shouted at by many brewers
    but I must say mixing the two did seem to negate the two beers weaknesses and I really, really enjoyed the result.

    Brewdog 77 Lager (old), Courage Director's Bitter, Oakham's Scarlet Macaw and currently Founders Porter. Beer.....

    About to open a very recently bottled 750 of Fyne's Superior IPA. To think I was only talking to Reluctant Scooper about this very beer less than a month ago.

    Tiny Rebel doing a tap takeover at a local bar designed as a GWBCF "afterparty". Free beer samples, free bbq, and I'm going home the day before :slight_frown: they sound really interesting too.
    1. Belgian IPA 6%
    2. Imperial Full Nelson 7.5%
    3. Strawberry Sour 4.4%

    Oh well hopefully they'll all be at the actual beer festival as well
