Suppose to be 3oz for session 1oz for the rares, I'd say they are all closer to 3oz.

 

Last year we were given trays with slots to slide your glass into. Pretty stylish and practical. If you weren't paying attention or had a few drinks it was easy for the glass to slip out of its holder and onto the ground. If you were standing on grass, no biggie. If you were standing over concrete you were very sorry.

Any interest in maybe getting a group chat going for the Adelaide bottle share to get an idea of how many and what bottles people are planning to bring?

 

Go for it. I can bring single bottles of BCBS Cherry and Coffee, Hunapu, Chocolate Rain, Lawsons Maple tripple, and others.

My stuff is for anyone. I have been fortunate to be invited to a lot of bottleshares in the past where I was the recipient of some very generous BA's. Just reciprocating.

 

On a warm evening, you could bring the Cantillon Classic Gueuze by the gallon and it would appreciated.

 

Bottle shares are about having a good time and sharing great beer. A beer in no way has to be from Binny's to be a great beer. If you have some favorites you're always more than welcome to come, share, and enjoy. There is never a requirement or rarity threshold to reach. Just bring some stuff you have and enjoy!

 

Even though I plan on ticking the shit out of this fest, I would love to participate in a bottle share on Saturday night after the event if people are going to destroy their liver even more.

 

Yeah but you don't wanna be that guy that brings a Lagunitas Capuccino Stout to a share where everyone's opening loons. The likelihood of you being invited to more is pretty slim to 0.

 

I might be in for the evening share. Have some interesting stuff from a recent trip to Seattle, as well as some Kuhnhenn stuff or been sitting on for awhile.

Well yeah, of course. If you don't even try then you're pretty much an asshole. Even off the shelf you can buy a few good options to share instead of doing something like that (depending on what type of beer store you are near).
