Yeah for sure. It doesn't need to be a whale but there has to be a standard set otherwise it's not fair to everyone else who've put in the effort.

Anyone interested in tasting some SNR 2010 at the bottle share? Fou Foune sounds nice for a hot evening. Might bring these two bottles plus more.

weather.com is loading slowly for me, but I seem to recall the weather for that evening being on the cool side.

And...it looks like FW and 3 Floyds are brewing a collaboration today (likely for next year's festival). They're calling it "Floyd's 3 Threads." No word on style. Given it's FW, I can only assume it's a barrel-aged strong beer of some kind.

I'll be more than likely showing up at the bottle share with some Bruery RS excess that I've been meaning to plow through.

I think the general idea of bottle shares is bring something that isn't year round off the shelf and probably local to you. By no means does it need to be a whale. But put some effort into thinking that you would like to share it with others and think they'll experience (or be able to tick off) a new beer to them.

Vintages are also great. I have a stock of 5+ year old IRS that is always a go-to bottle share pleaser.

Who is hosting the Bottleshares at Adelaide? I'm going to grab some beers and bring them to share, just don't know what yet... And we also don't know what time we'll arrive so it all depends on what time we get off work and how much traffic we hit driving up!

Looking for two tickets. Are they transferable?

Saw on craigslist listings where you send someone paypal $ and then you get a PDF? Sounds fishy to me. One guy wanted to meet to take the money in cash, then email the PDF later? Ha.

So what's the story? If anyone can print a PDF and put their name on it, I can imagine duplicates showing up..

There seem to be plenty of extra tickets out there, but yes, you are going to have to trust someone and get a PDF. There are a bunch on the ticket board here. Find someone reputable. That is what I did for my friend. Or set it up to meet in Paso today or tomorrow morning.

Safe driving, y'all. I'm not sure if I'll have the capacity to drink tomorrow night, but I'll be bringing some bottles just in case. I've got a PnB, Oui Oui, and BT '12 ready to be brought up.
