Needless to say my beer budget is spent.

Enjoyed the Wild Brew quite a bit, any idea how much Spelt was used in the grain bill?

Not sure. We seem to be focusing on markets willing to take direct shipments right now (4+ pallets)

Let me just say that was first beer with Spelt in it that enjoyed, most leave me with the feeling I ate hot breakfast cereal many hours too late. Maybe Saison is the style of beer this grain was made for...

Different stores have different prices, but it's reasonable. Under 10$.

Haha, I know that... I guess I was asking how much you paid for it at your local store.

I priced it to be 5 to 5.5. Stores charging more are using some rules of Econ.

Since it didn't come out last week, is there a new set release date for Legend?

What if I told you it wasn't barrel aged...

That was why I asked. I had a friend ask me and I wasn't sure!

Off topic, but I just had Big Sky Brush Tail Saison and was pretty impressed. Great yeast profile with an herbal/floral hop profile. Just seems like a nice light saison that compacts alot of character into a small beer. Not local but a nice surprise from a brewery that has never really wowed me. It's no Prairie though:grinning:

On topic, Arrowhead is tasting awesome as usual. On my 2nd sixer of who knows how many.
Prairie Okie is bigtime and I'm glad the the bomb dropped but wish they were both a little more economical.
