La Bestia 12oz sounds good. That beer, at least, hasn't had carb/infection issues.

Hey...maybe the Lubbock brewery may actually create a good IPA.

Doubtful, but I can be optimistic.

I've been buying a descent amount of La Bestia since Austin started receiving it and even more since Dallas got it. This is the one Ranger Creek I haven't had an issue with or heard about issues with. I'd really like a Brett version of this beer though.

I swear it did... I'll dig through and see if I can find which batch, but it was a few years ago. I am pretty sure i still have 1...

I want to try a super fresh bottle.

I still have 2 in the fridge. After the first bottle I was reminded of 120 and figured I'd age some as an experiment.

Well, that wouldn't be surprising, unfortunately. I've bought bottles of each batch for the last 5 batches before the latest one, and none have had infection issues when I tried them. I suppose I may have a surprise when I do a vertical though.

That, I was expecting to be gross, but was pleasantly surprised it had held up! What a brewer that guy was!

Allsopp's Arctic Ale or bust. I'll even accept the much newer 1875 batch but I might still tell you the 1852 was better. :beersnob:
