    Black Sheep's All Creatures
possibly the best beer I have had from them
having said that I've not been impressed by any of them even on cask.

This however finally proves there is a point to the Black Sheep Brewery.

Asda Extra Special (needs) Mainbrace IPA
(1,000,000 chufty points if you can guess the other 2 that made up my 3 for £5)
the bottle says Complex & Refreshing, the taste has the depth of a politician's sincerity
    and it smells of puke.

In other news my local Tesco has replaced the Brain's Craft beer on sale
    it was Boilermaker :slight_frown:
it is now Barry Island IPA :grimacing:

WHats the abv? I heard they'd started making it differently (stronger).

I was actually tempted to try the flavoured Old Tom
and just realised I had put one of them (black sheep) in my previous post

Started with a Little Valley Withens Pale Ale earlier. Now supping on an All Day IPA - quite tasty, though the malt doesn't do the hops justice.....

Sharing a Mann's Brown Ale with the casserole I am making
was it always 2.8%? I mean in the last 20 years
I think some of these beers that have been reduced in strength to get tax relief really shouldn't have been taken below 3.2%
but to be honest cannot recall the strength of Mann's but can remember it being very unimpressive to
a 18 year old (slightly strength by volume obsessive) Bevis.

There were several bottles of that in Drink of Fulham yesterday, by a window, in the sun and heat. I swear the people who run that shop barely know what the fuck they're doing.

Oh nice, I don't know that one. Will hopefully be able to try it when I'm in Brussels at the beginning of July. Otherwise I'll be hurriedly replacing my blood with Zinnebir.

Hook Norton's Haymaker above average.... good even

Butcombe's Brunel IPA, structurally it's sound.
