For real this time. Sounds like draft only for the time being, but we'll be seeing Sculpin and four others soon.

    My question is:
Is the distributor who is going to rep them, are they going to do a good job? Odom has lost more brands than they've picked up in the past year.

Damn yes!!! Can't wait to buy Sculpin cans. Ballast Point must really be upping their production, my trading buddy in Chicago just started sending me some stuff from them because it just started being distributed in IL.

I wonder if kegs will be available for retail sales?

Coopers Alehouse and Brouwers will have Ballast Point on tap next Wednesday. It was supposed to arrive this week but the truck was delayed. Haven't heard anything about cans/bottles.

Bottles have arrived at Chuck's. I'm sure we'll be seeing them around all over soon.

Just picked up a couple of bottles of Sculpin and one of Sea Monster from Bottleworks. I have to wait until next Wednesday to open them. Hope the hops in that Sculpin don't fall by then.

We have had the full line-up in FL for a few years now. Sculpin and Victory at Sea are the only ones I pick up on a regular basis.

Victory at Sea is the real deal. Ballast Point and AleSmith are two of the breweries I've really been hoping to see here; this makes Russian River's departure... well OK I won't go that far.

I just hope they can keep up with our insatiable beer market. We already ran Russian River out of the state because we buy too much beer. Hah

Pretty sure Ballast Point can cope ;-)

Picked up Sculpin/Big Eye/Yellowtail/Sea Monster/VaS the other day. Was most excited to see that they sent some of the latter up since it's one of my favorite beers and by all accounts sits around on shelves in Cali.

I wish they had bottling rather than enjoy-by dates on the bottles though. Hard to tell how fresh the Sculpin is.

Got some sculpin at Bottleworks with October enjoy by dates. Great beer, super fresh and no complaints. It'll be nice to have a third option besides workhorse and descender for spectacular ipas.
