    That's not good...

This isn't really a beer you can hoard until the next batch... :slight_frown:

Just picked up my wine barrel noir at Biergarten! Waiting for it to cool off in the fridge :slight_smile::slight_smile:

I just had a batch 1 Hop and it holds up pretty well. But ya, fresh is best.

Why are you doing this to us?! It's almost as if you don't want to be Texas' hat anymore?!

I spoke to one of the Austin Favorite Brands reps today and he's as pissed as everyone else that Prairie hasn't made it down yet. He said it should be Thurs/Friday this week.

Please let us know what you think. Apparently it won't be in OKC until Thursday?

Its really good! I didn't get to try Bomb or any of the other Prairie stouts, but this one is definitely unique tasting.

The wine barrel gives it not only a bit of smokey flavor, but a bit of red wine vinegar flavor that works really well I think.

Thanks! Bomb is great (love that it's in 12oz bottles). The regular Noir is really nice too. I'm still sitting on my Pirate.

I have had a handful of various Prairie Artisan in the past, all have been very good to great. I just popped Prairie Ale, and damn this might be my favorite saison. That is saying something considering it is one of my favorite styles. I have had some of the best while traveling, and trading. I love me some Saison Brett, but this blows it away IMO. Amazing.
