Approval postings lag behind actual approvals, so I wouldn't worry too much.

You might really like it... though as I've found with most beer, you might really hate it.

Anyone know what kind of beer Ranger Creek Small Batch #6 will be? I tried looking on their website and online and I haven't found any information. I don't know why, but even with all their QC issues I always buy at least one bottle of their small batch releases.

Also, the Ruination Tropical Heat Edition sounds interesting. I'm not a big fan of Chili beers but I'm willing to try it at least once.

I think they should be praised for their experimental sour series. It's just unfortunate that a few bottles didn't seem to get any Brett or lacto as (surely) intended.

Is Sprecher just now beginning to distribute to Texas? I checked their website and Texas isn't listed on there.

We don't get their full line up, but IIRC, the premium reserve series is on shelves around Austin. http://www.sprecherbrewery.com/beer.php?cat=3

I remember picking some up at Wholly Cow Burger about a year ago.

Edit: I've also seen it at Sunrise. It didn't move very fast.
